The NM NECA represents its members in contract negotiation and administration with IBEW Local Union No. 611.
The association is party to the Labor Relations Task Force, a joint labor management group, which meets monthly to discuss issues of mutual importance to the NM NECA and IBEW Local Union No. 611.
Members receive the NM NECA Labor Relations Book to assist with their understanding of labor relations issues.
The NM NECA also partners with the IBEW Local Union No. 611 in the areas of public relations and community service.
